About the Author

Being a local resident of Ballarat for over 10 years, Julien first laid foot in Ballarat to study the Bachelor of Arts and majoring in literature. 

He eventually diverged his career path in to the field of language teaching, community services and counselling. 

Going by the stage name of "Lil Jul" Julien has a record of performing for various event both in and out of Ballarat; expressing himself in the purest form of alternative hip hop. 

In 2026 he had finished the outline of his debut novel.

"Lucky Clover" is set to be released in 2027.

A key motivation to start the "Lucky Clover" project is to not only expand his horizons as a creative, but to be able to experience it in a different way he has never done before.
